Shipping Policy We understand the urgency involved in heating parts our customers order.
We do everything possible to ship out your order from our suppliers within 1-5 business days.
Most times the next business day your item is on it's way! Many times our suppliers will drop ship, direct, to our customers to expedite your order.
Some items, due to supply and demand, (Peak Months for heating parts September-March) may take longer for us to obtain them into one location so we can ship the order to you. Please try to order your parts before it becomes an emergency in your home. We can not provide emergency service parts, call a local technician if you have an emergency, Please do not request overnight or expidited service we can not provide this due to the nature of our 49 supply house locations and their respective policies.
If we have problems with your order we will try to keep you informed! Under no circumstances will we assume any responsibility for back ordered items. Back orders will ship out as soon as they are received. Back orders can not be canceled after 24 hours has passed from your e-mail notification of the item not being in stock. If you do not wish to wait for an item that is back ordered you must notify us immediately to stop the order.
We need physical address and phone number for all freight, UPS and UPS deliveries.

Return Policy Any allowable products returned must be in "new & perfect condition" also in their original packaging and undamaged for resale, they can not have been installed or used in any way to be considered for return. We will not accept ANY returns after 30 days from purchase. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. We must authorize all returns in advance please e-mail us before sending any returns.
Items ordered by a customer and paid for in full are shipped and are considered purchased and not returnable under any circumstance, as soon as it leaves our buildings. Be sure you are ordering the parts you need because once they leave our suppliers warehouses they become yours. We are not responsible for UPS or USPS service delays, losses or damage. Files must be claimed with shipping company if lost, stolen or damaged after a product leaves our shipping locations.
Non returnable items: No returns on furnace controls, motors or other electronic items. No returns on special ordered items. No returns on Nozzles, fuel pumps. Furnaces are non-returnable. Any warranty issues must be handled using a local licensed contractor in your area or through the product manufacturer directly.
Know the product before ordering: You should be familiar with the items and their proper use before ordering. Your order at Beckwithheating.com is final. When you purchase a part, you have bought that part.

Furnaces & components must be shipped by an LTL Freight Carrier due to size. For shipping cost we need to know your shipping address (Physical Address)
We then will contact our shipper for actual cost to your location.
We will send you a Total with shipping included and a link to purchase using Paypal.com with a Credit Card or our mailing address for conventional payment methods. Due to scheduling of freight shipping please allow extra time for shipping
